The Box Office offers a secure payment method online through Ticketmaster.com and accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you wish to purchase tickets using cash or check, please visit our Box Office.
Pricing and Availability
The Box Office sells tickets on behalf of many different arts organizations and those organizations set the ticket prices or determine price points for different sections. Tickets for popular shows may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.
The Box Office DOES NOT offer all discounts when purchasing tickets online. You must call the Box Office to place your order if you are entitled to a discount (i.e. group rates). Orders entitled to a discount that are purchased online will not be adjusted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Most transactions will incur a $3.00 processing fee per order. Some events may also incur additional processing and preservation fees.
Up to ten (10) seats may be purchased per online order. You may also order tickets (seats) to multiple shows on one order. When making your seat selection(s), be aware that seats are selected from LEFT to RIGHT and that each venue is displayed with the stage located toward the TOP of your computer screen. We cannot provide for the selection of seats that will create single seat inventory nor can we provide the ability to split orders across multiple rows while ordering online. You have ten (10) minutes to complete your transaction.
Please fill out all requested name/address information completely and check for mistakes. All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*) next to the line. Incorrect information could lead to a delay in the receipt of your tickets or cancellation of your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Box Office whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Box Office will not be responsible for losses (monetary or seat location) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
If you use any Spam blocking software, firstname.lastname@example.org will need to be added to your list of allowed recipients. Failure to do so will result in your order confirmation not being delivered. Confirmation emails that are rejected due to spam blocking software will not be automatically resent.
Receiving Your Order
Online ticket orders will be mailed to the address provided within two (2) business days. Exception - Orders placed within 7 days of a performance will not be mailed. These tickets will be held for you in WILL CALL at the Box Office located in the Davidson Grand Lobby of the Clark State Performing Arts Center. Tickets can be picked up any time prior to your performance or at the performance venue beginning 2 hours prior to show time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients prohibit the Box Office from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a transactional malfunction of this web site, then the Box Office will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.
Special Needs Assistance
You may not be appropriately served by ordering tickets online if you require special-needs assistance. A limited number of handicapped and special-needs seating locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting the Box Office at 937.328.3874, Toll free 866.PAC.TKTS (866.722.8587), Ohio Relay 800.750.0750, respond 866.722.8587, or TTY 937.328.3886.
