Ticket OfficeThe Performing Arts Center Ticket Office is here to provide you with the best customer service and assistance as you purchase your tickets to the many wonderful events at the Center. You can purchase your tickets in-person, by phone, online or by completing a ticket order form from our season brochure - we make it easy and convenient! We sell tickets to most of the events that take place in the Kuss Auditorium and Turner Studio Theater. We look forward to seeing you and thank you for your patronage. Ticket Office Hours10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Ticket Office LocationWe are located inside the Clark State Performing Arts Center directly off of the Davidson Grand Lobby. Parking is free and handicapped parking is available. Clark State Peforming Arts Center Payment OptionsWe accept cash, check or money order; Visa, MasterCard and Discover Online Ticket PurchasesYou may purchase your tickets to any event using our online ticketing system. Safe and secure, the online system provides you with the ability to purchase your tickets at any time of day from the comfort of your own home or office. The system also allows you to choose your own seats, but will provide you first with the "best seats available." You can easily change this seat selection. Reserved or Unpaid TicketsTickets may be reserved unpaid for up to two weeks or until two weeks before the performance (whichever comes first). Tickets that remain unpaid will be released to the general public. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information. RefundsALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your tickets for a performance, please call the Ticket Office. You can receive a letter of credit for tax purposes. Disability ServicesWe are pleased to serve patrons with special needs. Please call us in advance (or when purchasing your ticket) to detail your needs of special seating for wheelchair patrons, listening enhancement devices or an interpreter for signed performances. (At least ten days notice is required for a sign interpreter.) Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available in the lot immediately adjacent to the Center; and a passenger loading/unloading area is located on Fountain Avenue to the west of the Center. |
