Performance Theatre

Performance Theatre

Can you see yourself performing on the Kuss Auditorium Stage?

At Clark State you can learn to be an actor, learn to dance or hone your singing and instrumental skills.

By getting an Associate’s Degree in Performance Theatre, students who complete the requirements can go on toward a B.A. or B.F.A. in theatre at a 4-year college or university.

The Theatre Arts Program presents two mainstage productions each year, a touring production to local high schools and has an active Student Theatre Guild.

The Theatre program is a member of the Dayton Theatre Hall of Fame Daytony Awards and regularly visits the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Region 3 conference.

In addition, students can take one-on-one instruction in voice, piano, guitar and percussion and take group lessons in ballet, jazz, musical theatre and modern dance.
