Outreach Programs

The Community Outreach and Education programs at the Clark State Performing Arts Center encourage family involvement of pre-school children through teens and adults, enriching lives and nurturing community awareness of a variety of arts. The Clark State Community College Performing Arts Center is committed to the guiding principle that the arts, by celebrating the human experience and cultivating the spirit, are an integral part of personal, family and community development.

Project Jericho
Project Jericho provides a variety of performing arts workshops, artist residencies and family performances to at-risk youth and their families.

Arts Al!ve - "Professional Development for Teachers"
Arts Al!ve collaborates in teacher development workshops, artist school residencies and the Arts Al!ve Resource Center providing hands-on arts experiences for educators of pre-school through high school.

Clark Community Cultural Consortium (CCCC)
Serving the communities of Springfield and Clark County, Ohio, the Arts Alive Partnership has launched the Clark Community Cultural Consortium focusing on the Ohio Academic Content Standards through Arts Integration.

The Exploration! Series - School Day Performances
The Exploration! Series is an opportunity for K-12 school students to explore connections between the performing arts and the school curriculum.

Free Annual Family FunFest
Family FunFest is a festival full of free arts activities for kids of all ages.

KidStage Children's Theatre
KidStage presents a variety of theater-related activities throughout the year for children in grades 3 through 7.

Children's Hour
Annual noontime entertainment in the month of June for children ages 4 through 10.
