The 70’s was truly an amazing decade for singer/songwriters. The rock n’ roll rebellion that was the 60’s gave way to a more mellow, introspective era in music. James Taylor and Carole King had their fingers on the pulse of what we were craving, what we were needing—whether they meant to or not.
We all related to songs like You’ve Got A Friend, It’s Too Late, Carolina In My Mind, Shower The People and we’ve carried those songs and their deep personal connection with us for over 40 years. They are as fresh today as they were the first time we heard them way back when.
